Electrical HW Development Engineer (m/f/x) Duisburg 1530
For our projects in Duisburg, we are searching for a Senior Electrical HW Development Engineer (m/f/x) in fulltime for 12 months in personnel leasing at our customer.

Your responsibilities:
- Develop hardware concepts and schematic designs based on customer and system requirements
- Design and implement high-speed digital and analog circuits using state-of-the-art EDA tools
- Execute signal integrity and electromagnetic simulations with focus on PCIe Gen 4/5/6
- Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, validation and electrical measurements in the lab
- Build and test ad-hoc modifications and prototypes
- Collaborate closely with embedded firmware developers project managers and system architects
- Actively contribute to design reviews and technical decision-making in a cross-funcional and international R&D environment
- Support test automation and data analysis using Python, Perl or Shell scripting
- Support in system diagnostics development
Your profile:
- Already living in Germany and able to relocate to Duisburg area
- Bachelors or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education
- Strong knowledge of high-speed serial interfaces (PCIe Gen 4/5/6) and signal transmission
- Experienced in schematic capture and PCB layout supervision (preferably using Siemens tools)
- Experience with embedded systems and Linux environments
- Good programming skills in Python, Perl or C for automation and analysis tasks
- Hands-on experience in lab measurements, prototyping and debugging
- Proficient with simulation tools (e.g. SPICE, HyperLynx, CST, ADS)
- Agile mindset, self-driven and result-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global, interdisciplinary team
- Fluent in English is required, German is a plus
- Primary location: Duisburg, Germany, occasional travel to other locations
