Technical Expert (m/f/x) Enterprise Licensing Application, Linux Servers 1558

Are you experienced in Enterprise Applications, Linux Server administration, with a passion for troubleshooting and support?
We offer an exciting 15-month full-time opportunity via personnel leasing (ANÜ). Join the Licensing Application Team of our customer, a global leader in automated test systems for the semiconductor industry and help ensure the reliable operation of business-critical applications.

• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for software licensing systems, license servers and customer deployment environments
• Manage and resolve licensing incidents and escalations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement to reduce recurring licensing issues
• Develop and maintain support documentation, training/documentation and standardized support processes
• Collaborate globally with Product Management, IT and Field Service teams to support licensing operations and business objectives

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with experience in software licensing or enterprise application support
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), networking fundamentals and license server administration
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve software licensing, system, network and integration issues across global environments
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills and experience managing support incidents, escalations and stakeholder interactions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including root cause analysis, issue trend identification and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience with process automation and scripting (e.g., Shell, PowerShell, Python), combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams and cultures
