Test Engineer V93000 System Test (m/f/x) 1515

To strengthen our team in Boeblingen, we are searching for a Test Engineer (m/f/x) V93000 System Test. For this position, we can only consider applicants who are already living in Germany or other European country, due to timely urgency. Prefered start date: 1st March 2025.

• Contribute to the system test activities of the V93000 IC-Test System
• Prepare, execute and evaluate regression tests for each major SmarTest release in the area compatibility and performance
• Analyse and debug failed test cases, report and follow-up found issues towards RnD team
• Reconfigure test systems and related test programs
• Contribute to enhance automated tests and to increase the test coverage
• Already living in Germany or neighbor country

• Academic degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or related disciplines
• Proven experience in using the V93000/SmarTest IC-tester as a test- or application engineer
• Background in product- and system-testing and debugging
• Basic knowledge about test automation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• English fluently in spoken and written
• You are already living in Germany or other European country and German language skills are desired
